Fresh and not too stiff!
The new edition of the BearingPoint Annual Report
Challenge / Approach
Since the management buy-out in 2009, BearingPoint has developed into one of the top independent and partner-led corporate consultancies in Europe. The success should be visible and shared with customers, employees and the public. For this reason, the consultancy firm decided 2014 to publish a new edition of its first voluntary annual report since 2009. In addition to the classic facts and figures, the report especially focused on cultural values and the company's vision for the future. In cooperation with Klenk & Hoursch, four annual reports have been written and published since.
Implementation
The new conception of the report masters the balancing act between professional annual report, transparent documentation and appealing publication. For this purpose, the corporate story is set as a strategic bracket for the central theme and clear content objectives. This is not always easy with the often complex topics in the area of regulation or process optimization. Klenk & Hoursch develops the content concept and takes responsibility for content creation and project coordination. Together with the client, we tell the stories behind the success in a condensed form and along clearly recurring guard rails. Always with a focus on people and projects and not just on bare numbers. Sections about various personalities and strategic services, portraits of alliance partners and successful projects with customers convey the corporate culture and the spirit of management consulting.
